§ 2-81. Compensation of mayor and city council.

Pursuant to the provisions of section 12 of article II of the city charter and the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 36-35-4, the compensation of the mayor and the members of the council is hereby established as follows:

(a)

Each member of the council shall receive as salary the sum of $495.00 per month and a travel allowance of $100.00 per month;

(b)

The mayor shall receive a salary of $580.00 per month and a travel allowance of $150.00 per month.
