§ 14-13. Cow lot near dwelling.

No person shall maintain or use or assist in maintaining or using any pen, room, lot, building or other structure, for the purpose of keeping, feeding or using one or more cows or members of the bovine family, where such pen, room, lot, building or other enclosure is within 150 feet of any dwelling house in the city.
