§ 74-18. Obscene literature, pictures.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to possess, exhibit or sell, or offer to sell, bargain or transfer, any obscene writing of any kind, including songs.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to possess, exhibit, sell, or offer to sell, bargain or transfer, any obscene or vulgar picture, drawing or painting in the city.
