§ 34-2. Time and place of sessions of municipal court.

The municipal court shall be held by the judge in the municipal building of the city or any other suitable location as often as may be necessary. In the absence or disqualification of the judge in any matter the matter may be transferred to the appropriate state court or a judge pro tem may be designated in accordance with the law and any applicable uniform rules of court.
