§ 22-85. High tension wires near telephone, telegraph, light wires prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to string or maintain any wires conducting over 2500 volts of electric energy nearer than eight feet to any wire used for telephones, telegraphs or electric lights in the city. Each and every day that any wire so strung shall be maintained shall be a separate offense.
