§ 22-3. Fire limits.

The fire limits of the city shall be all that portion of the city embraced in the following boundaries, to wit: Third Avenue on the north, Fifth Avenue on the south, Second Street on the west and Third Street on the east, and the extension of the said streets and avenues or said streets and avenues as if extended.
